Order Fulfillment Supervisor Full Time
Tasks
- Coach and train Omni Experience Ambassadors
- Communicate inventory and equipment issues and suggest improvements
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products per SOP
- Identify expired or short dated items and escalate concerns
- Lead omni fulfillment operations
- Maintain SFC BOPIC area cleanliness and organization
- Maintain productivity and service level agreements
- Manage returns handling with DDR or membership desk
- Manage team member performance and provide feedback
- Oversee staffing and assist hiring training performance management
- Package orders per SOP
- Pick orders using RF handheld scanner
- Print staging tickets packing slips shipping labels
- Process member orders using pick list device
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Update merchandise locations
- Verify merchandise using RF scanner
