Principal Software Engineer - ML Platform Engineer
Tasks
- Automate incident detection response and recovery
- Build self service workflows and golden paths
- Create AI agent guardrails approval workflows and escalation paths
- Define SLIs and SLOs reliability metrics
- Design internal AI platform capabilities
- Enhance CI CD systems and release pipelines
- Evaluate integrate and operate AI assisted engineering tools
- Implement agentic automation pipelines for code review and bug triage
- Improve platform reliability monitoring and observability
- Lead incident response and post-incident improvements
- Maintain documentation runbooks standards and tooling
- Run resilience recovery and failure mode testing
- Troubleshoot AI model serving configuration and performance
