- Collaborate with delegation managed care and central billing office teams
- Complete provider enrollment applications
- Complete provider revalidations
- Follow up with payers for provider identification numbers
- Follow up with providers for enrollment documents
- Link providers to groups in billing system
- Maintain communication documentation with payers and physicians
- Maintain delegated credentialing roster
- Reconcile delegated credentialing program provider issues
- Research insurance issues and billing opportunities
- Resolve provider enrollment claim edits and denials
- Update and reattest CAQH
