- Define data product success metrics
- Define data quality monitoring and SLA requirements
- Ensure data product latency reliability scalability
- Facilitate sprint planning backlog grooming retrospectives
- Gather feedback to improve platform
- Maintain data platform roadmap with stakeholders
- Monitor data product adoption quality performance
- Own data catalog and governance backlog
- Own data platform product backlog
- Provide progress updates on milestones risks
- Remove blockers escalate risks
- Review pipeline specs and data models
- Translate business requirements into data product specifications
- Triage incoming requests into backlog items
