Tasks
- Coordinate execution with 3PL partners
- Drive cost analysis and margin improvement
- Execute Atlas WMS releases adoption
- Implement operational routines and reporting
- Lead expansion lifecycle for new warehouses
- Lead workforce planning and forecasting
- Manage warehouse operational performance
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs
- Own end to end warehouse operations
- Own ramp up and stabilization for new sites
- Provide operational feedback to Product and Tech
- Run fulfillment operations in Spain
- Serve as escalation point for merchant issues
- Structure warehouse roles and accountability
