- Advise and coach mid level developers and analysts
- Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws rules and regulations
- Create coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards
- Design application architecture and ensure adherence to blueprint
- Develop and implement application systems and programs
- Develop high performance low latency components for Spark clusters
- Develop reusable Python and Scala code
- Develop standards for scalable application design
- Lead application systems analysis and programming
- Perform application performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Perform unit testing and SDLC activities
- Resolve high impact problems using complex business process analysis
- Test software prototypes and transfer to operational team
- Translate functional requirements into big data platform solutions
