Tasks
- Build feedback loops from real usage logs and user signals
- Build production-ready coding agents and agentic workflows
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship features end to end
- Create evaluation suites for online and offline evaluations
- Define evaluation task success metrics and catch regressions
- Design and improve agent loop with tool use and safeguards
- Integrate hosted frontier APIs and self-hosted open weight models
- Perform regression checks failure analysis and release criteria
- Set technical direction for future work in ambiguous areas
- Turn model capabilities into dependable product behavior
