Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Tasks
- Build IAM operating model
- Conduct access reviews and audit readiness
- Define IAM strategy and roadmap
- Design and implement SSO MFA and federated identity
- Enforce onboarding and offboarding controls
- Ensure scalability high availability and security for identity platforms
- Implement RBAC ABAC and access controls
- Implement Zero Trust Identity principles
- Lead IAM engineering and operations teams
- Lead Privileged Access Management programs
- Manage identity lifecycle automation
- Mentor technical leaders and engineers
- Oversee directory services and identity stores
- Partner with compliance risk and legal teams
- Run identity governance programs
