- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Configure AI enabled workflow tools
- Configure and sustain WebEOC boards
- Coordinate configuration changes with control requirements
- Create Section 508 compliant training materials
- Create system administration guides and runbooks
- Design incident routing and conditional workflows
- Develop low-code workflows
- Implement role-based access control
- Maintain AI use case register and risk controls
- Maintain configuration baseline packages with version history
- Maintain configuration files and scripts
- Maintain human in the loop AI operations
- Prepare monthly internal control and reporting documentation
- Provide monthly ticket metrics and system availability reporting
- Support CFR Part 11 validation documentation when applicable
- Support NARA records management and data governance
- Support OMB A 130 privacy compliance documentation
- Support access change documentation and logging
- Support internal control mapping for OMB A 123
