Tasks
- Create technical designs decision records runbooks and guides
- Define and uplift AI solution engineering craft and quality practices
- Develop reusable AI data cloud and software patterns
- Ensure AI solutions security safety scalability and production readiness
- Guide technical decision making and resolve delivery blockers
- Maintain AI engineering frameworks for solution design coding and DevOps
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical coaching
- Own AI solution engineering delivery
- Prototype and test new AI technologies and solution patterns
- Provide hands on technical leadership for AI delivery
- Translate AI strategy and architecture into implementation plans
