Order Fulfillment Specialist
Tasks
- Coordinate shipment readiness and handoff
- Coordinate with inventory procurement and production to resolve material gaps
- Create pick lists from BOMs
- Escalate urgent fulfillment issues
- Identify shortages discrepancies and incorrect inventory
- Improve fulfillment workflows and processes
- Maintain order status in spreadsheets and ERP
- Manage end to end order fulfillment
- Prepare packaging labeling and shipment documentation
- Prioritize orders by urgency
- Read interpret and validate Bills of Materials
- Record and verify fulfillment transactions
- Resolve BOM discrepancies and missing components
- Review orders and create picking plans
- Support implementation of new tools and systems
- Support picking and packing accuracy
- Track order progress and ensure timely shipment
- Validate material availability
- Verify picked materials match order and BOM
