- Analyze manufacturing processes for automation opportunities
- Build business cases for robotic automation investments
- Coordinate external vendors and integrators
- Coordinate internal engineering operations maintenance and safety teams
- Coordinate robotic deployment projects from concept to commissioning
- Define ROI payback period and performance KPIs
- Define project scope goals deliverables timelines budgets
- Develop robotic initiative roadmaps and scalability plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
- Manage project risks change controls and resources
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend enhancements
- Oversee FAT and SAT acceptance testing
- Perform post installation performance validation
- Support capability building and knowledge transfer across sites
- Validate technical feasibility and integration of robotic systems
