- Analyze manufacturing processes for automation opportunities
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
- Coordinate robotic deployment execution
- Coordinate robotic deployment project planning
- Define ROI payback period and performance KPIs
- Define project scope goals deliverables timelines budgets
- Deliver robotic deployment projects from concept to commissioning
- Develop and present business cases for robotic investments
- Ensure compliance with safety standards regulations and quality requirements
- Manage project risks change controls and resource constraints
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend enhancements
- Oversee system acceptance testing FAT SAT
- Support capability building and knowledge transfer across sites
- Support development of robotic roadmaps and scalability
- Validate post installation performance
- Validate technical feasibility and system integration
