Robotics Field Service Engineer
Tasks
- Coordinate field scheduling with customers vendors and stakeholders
- Document service work root cause analysis and follow up actions
- Identify recurring failure patterns and escalate systemic risks
- Log service activity and asset updates in CMMS
- Monitor system performance remotely using dashboards
- Participate in root cause analysis sessions audits and continuous improvement
- Perform preventative corrective and predictive maintenance on robotic manufacturing cells
- Provide hands on technical support to customer operators and maintenance teams
- Respond to remote and on site escalations diagnose root causes and restore systems quickly
