Senior Cloud Data Engineer
Tasks
- Build data processing and transformation platforms
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and governance teams
- Conduct proofs of concept and technical validations
- Create analytics and data consumption enablement patterns
- Define Azure cloud data platform architecture standards
- Define data pipeline standards for integration and lifecycle management
- Design enterprise data storage and lakehouse architectures
- Develop data ingestion and integration patterns
- Develop reference architectures and technical patterns
- Establish reusable platform components and reference implementations
- Implement access control encryption and data protection standards
- Lead architecture design reviews
- Lead cloud data platform decisions
- Mentor senior cloud and data engineers
- Own design and build Azure data platform capabilities
- Provide engineering enablement templates and reusable frameworks
- Set up monitoring observability and operational support patterns
