Senior Production Engineer, Storage
Tasks
- Architect fault tolerant scalable storage backends
- Build automation and self-healing tools
- Collaborate with storage engineers hardware and kernel teams
- Design fault tolerant failover mechanisms
- Implement data replication, encryption, backup and restore
- Investigate and resolve storage incidents with telemetry logs profiling
- Maintain availability performance and scalability
- Monitor distributed cloud storage infrastructure
- Optimize I O paths cache policies and file systems
- Support block file and object storage services
