SASE Operations and Support Engineer
Tasks
- Assign or escalate requests to support teams
- Collect client logs and PCAPs for investigations
- Coordinate deployment schedules and update deployment reports
- Create and maintain SOPs KBAs and troubleshooting guides
- Create and track change requests and deployment entries
- Create knowledge base articles for SDWAN and Private Access
- Execute testing for SASE ZTNA and publishing controls
- Maintain Rally user stories and task boards
- Maintain network flow and architecture diagrams
- Monitor dashboards and escalate abnormal behavior
- Review security alerts and coordinate with CyberOps
- Rotate API service account tokens and manage RBAC tokens
- Run and schedule reports from templates
- Support Netskope packaging and enterprise deployments
- Track identity provisioning migrations from ADImport to SCIM and Okta
- Triage incoming issues from service teams
- Troubleshoot applications and support TAC case workflows
- Validate application behavior after connector updates
