- Coach and develop engineers through 1 1s and performance reviews
- Communicate effectively with leadership and cross functional teams
- Drive technical and architectural design decisions
- Lead engineering team delivery and growth
- Manage hiring interview and selection
- Own roadmap delivery commitments and quality bar
- Partner with Technical Product Owner on scope and tradeoffs
- Perform hands on code writing and code review
- Plan prioritize and deliver with product partners
- Uphold engineering standards through pull request review
