- Build data transformation and orchestration pipelines
- Deliver trusted data products to analytics
- Drive change management for new tools and processes
- Drive data modeling strategy
- Enforce data governance and access controls
- Ensure data quality and reliability
- Hire, develop, and retain technical talent
- Lead business systems operations
- Lead data engineering architecture and operations
- Manage RevOps tooling and integrations
- Manage Salesforce environment
- Manage third party vendor tools
- Own data platform strategy
- Partner with cross functional teams on scalable data solutions
- Represent data platform in executive forums
