Senior Health Data Scientist (EHR Real World Data)
Tasks
- Build and document code libraries and algorithms
- Conduct data profiling and data investigation
- Coordinate resolution of data issues with data platform teams
- Create ad hoc queries for research projects
- Develop and test hypotheses
- Develop statistical and high level modeling solutions
- Ensure HIPAA and confidentiality compliance
- Evaluate data analytic vendors and tools
- Lead data extraction and programming
- Perform SQL data extraction and transformation
- Perform root cause analyses
- Serve as subject matter expert
- Support user acceptance testing
- Translate findings for technical and non technical audiences
- Troubleshoot complex production issues
