Tasks
- Build observability for system performance model behavior and operational health
- Create capability uplift and upskilling strategies for self service AI development
- Define AI and ML technical vision and architecture
- Define enterprise AI strategy and drive organizational adoption
- Define model lifecycle management versioning deployment rollback and compliance
- Develop enterprise AI platforms for model hosting orchestration and scaling
- Drive vector embeddings semantic search and AI orchestration
- Drive vendor and partner evaluation selection negotiation and oversight
- Establish CI CD standards for AI deployments
- Establish model performance monitoring and drift detection
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise voice chat and analytics platforms
- Lead AI investment strategy budgeting and resource allocation
- Oversee scalable data pipelines for ingestion transformation and real time inference
- Oversee training data pipelines and datasets
- Partner with product analytics and business leaders on AI strategy and investment decisions
- Provide backend engineering leadership for AI APIs and microservices
- Set AI safety and responsible AI guardrails for bias and hallucination
