- Coach and develop data engineering analytics engineering architecture and project management teams
- Define Power BI usage semantic modeling report governance standards
- Define data platform architecture standards
- Deliver analytics and Power BI data products semantic layers certified datasets self service access
- Engage senior leaders and BI stakeholders for data needs and investment priorities
- Ensure data asset discoverability documentation lineage quality metadata cataloging
- Establish portfolio delivery model intake triage estimation roadmaps risk management
- Implement SLA SLO incident response monitoring
- Improve data quality scoring observability tooling anomaly detection
- Lead enterprise data platform scalability reliability evolution
- Lead onboarding of new data domains integration design data quality baselining acceptance criteria
- Manage executive reporting dashboards status updates and delivery narratives
- Manage vendor and consulting partner relationships
- Operationalize data governance policies into engineering patterns
- Participate in enterprise data strategy AI readiness planning and data governance forums
