Senior Manager, NA Omnichannel Performance Analytics & Insights
Tasks
- Define KPI frameworks and reporting principles
- Develop measurement plans from brand and channel objectives
- Direct offshore analytics resources for reporting and analysis
- Ensure omnichannel performance storytelling quality and consistency
- Identify performance trends and cross channel learning
- Lead omnichannel performance measurement standards
- Lead upskilling of offshore and cross functional partners
- Partner with analytics and digital teams on dashboard and reporting requirements
- Serve as analytics counterpart to agency and vendor partners
- Shape omnichannel test and learn agenda
- Support GTMC transformation through measurement and operating model improvements
- Use AI enabled analytics for faster insight generation
