Tasks
- Apply causal inference segmentation and statistical rigor
- Build partnerships with data platform and data engineering
- Drive OKR planning and execution
- Drive adoption of experimentation frameworks and AI tooling
- Identify and remove blockers to analytics delivery
- Influence cross functional stakeholders on priorities and impact
- Lead and grow product data science team
- Operationalize product and feature metrics
- Partner with product engineering and commercial leaders
- Review analytical work and experimentation design
- Set analytical and experimentation standards
- Translate business problems into analytics and data science plans
