Senior Software Engineer (Data & AI Solutions)
Tasks
- Build and maintain data pipelines for large complex datasets
- Create golden paths data templates and documentation
- Design and enforce de identification and privacy preserving architectures
- Design build and maintain data products for R and D workflows
- Design data models schemas and abstractions for genomics
- Implement data validation testing and reproducibility practices
- Maintain data quality accuracy lineage and observability
- Optimize storage retrieval and lifecycle management for scientific files
- Prototype novel data products and transition to production systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Translate requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders
