Lead Data Scientist (P3764)
Tasks
- Collaborate with product and business to define problem statements
- Define and evolve relevance and personalization science strategy
- Design and build ML solutions for product discovery
- Develop model serving and deployment for production ML
- Establish ML evaluation methodologies and metrics
- Implement online evaluation and experimentation frameworks
- Mentor data scientists and lead technical reviews
- Own search and recommender systems initiatives
- Partner with engineering for real time inference and reliability
- Promote reproducibility and evaluation best practices
- Prototype and validate new ideas for measurable value
