Sr Manager, Advanced Analytics, FSI
Tasks
- Analyze drivers of errors and escalations
- Analyze vendor and internal team performance
- Build dashboards and reporting systems
- Build forecasting models for cost coverage and service levels
- Build self service analytics tools and scenario simulators
- Define KPI frameworks for fraud and safety operations
- Design and run A B testing experiments
- Ensure enforcement decisions are measurable and auditable
- Lead business reviews with actionable insights
- Optimize staffing capacity and queue management
- Standardize metrics and taxonomies as source of truth
- Support incident impact scoping and post incident analytics
- Translate operational insights into tooling improvements
