- Analyze performance metrics and utilization trends
- Automate provisioning, reporting, and maintenance tasks
- Design and implement enterprise storage solutions
- Follow ITIL based change incident and problem management
- Implement data encryption, access controls, and audit practices
- Integrate storage with virtualization network and application teams
- Maintain storage system availability and performance
- Manage storage configuration capacity and performance data
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Oversee backup, replication, and recovery strategies
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
