- Collaborate with IT teams for storage integration

- Design and implement storage solutions

- Provide technical support for storage incidents and queries
- Provision LUNs and mappings
- Research and evaluate new storage technologies
- Run system health checks and replace hardware
- Troubleshoot storage issues with vendors
- Tune and optimize storage performance
