- Advise on AI feasibility and build vs buy decisions
- Assess AI risk security and regulatory compliance
- Build ROI business cases and track post deployment value
- Build multi-year AI roadmap
- Coordinate with IT security legal privacy and finance
- Define and operate AI governance and responsible AI framework
- Deliver enablement for functional leaders and operators
- Design and ship LLM agents
- Establish AI engineering practices and standards
- Evaluate pilot and operationalize commercial AI tools
- Fine tune models and build retrieval pipelines
- Identify AI use cases and quantify value
- Implement MLOps observability and cost control
- Integrate AI into WMS TMS and operational systems
- Integrate AI workflows into Microsoft 365
- Recruit and lead AI engineering team
