Tasks
- Advise clients on AI and Data solutions
- Align AI and Data solutions with business value
- Allocate practice resources
- Coordinate technical training programs and certification initiatives
- Create and manage practice skill matrix
- Define skills development objectives
- Develop AI and Data offerings and reusable assets
- Drive AI driven automation and productivity
- Ensure scalable architectures adoption of best practices
- Identify competency gaps and build capability plans
- Lead and manage AI and Data practice
- Lead cloud based AI architecture delivery
- Lead data engineering and modern data platform delivery
- Lead generative AI and LLM solution delivery
- Lead solutioning proposals and RFP responses
- Oversee machine learning and deep learning delivery
- Partner with sales and account teams on AI and Data opportunities
- Provide line management for practice members
- Recruit coach and mentor practice team
- Standardize processes methodologies and tools
- Support career development planning and succession management
