Tasks
- Act as primary operational point of contact
- Build mentor and manage operations team
- Communicate project progress challenges and recommendations
- Coordinate to resolve operational issues quickly
- Create career development plans and coaching
- Design implement training programs
- Develop and improve SOPs and operational playbooks
- Drive adoption of AI tools for operations
- Ensure hardware and tools operational readiness
- Ensure timely delivery with quality standards
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Lead end to end hiring and onboarding
- Manage inventory and equipment allocation
- Manage relationships with enterprise customers
- Monitor operational KPIs productivity metrics quality standards
- Oversee day to day execution of task workflows
- Prepare and deliver weekly business reviews operational updates MIS reports
- Provide feedback on completed work
