Tasks
- Coordinate cross-component dependencies
- Define acceptance criteria and product artifacts
- Lead sprint planning
- Manage component backlog and contribute to product roadmap
- Own delivery of product components for reporting
- Refine team backlog
- Remove obstacles blocking product progress
- Run daily standups grooming demos and retrospectives
- Serve as primary product expert
- Support release activities with training documentation announcements
- Translate roadmap initiatives into requirements and user stories
