- Build AI agent audit trail logging and attribution
- Build and maintain NHI inventory register
- Conduct shadow AI discovery and publish approved tool access policy
- Coordinate security incident response and investigations
- Define NHI program roadmap
- Define NHI risk classification model
- Define pipeline identity standards
- Deploy Secrets Store CSI driver for vault injected secrets
- Design AI agent identity model
- Design workload identity for AKS and EKS
- Develop and enforce IT security governance frameworks
- Ensure regulatory compliance adherence
- Govern LLM API key inventory vaulting and rotation
- Govern MCP server identity and access controls
- Identify and mitigate security risks
- Implement CI CD pipeline identity governance
- Lead enterprise security training and awareness
- Manage security budgets and resources
- Migrate pipeline authentication to OIDC
- Oversee long term security strategy development and implementation
- Present security findings to executive leadership
- Produce NHI program metrics reporting
- Provide IT security leadership
