Tasks
- Build and maintain dashboards for decision-making
- Build and maintain data sets
- Collate and analyze data to support business decisions
- Compile weekly underwriting and claims reports
- Ensure data integrity for policies and underwriting
- Investigate policy and claims issues and identify duplicates
- Link claims data to brokers and area managers
- Maintain internal data assets for pricing and modelling
- Maintain tables and transition changes for Guidewire requirements
- Perform testing of rate books and data for reporting
- Prepare management reports with trends patterns and predictions
- Support Guidewire use for rating and underwriting issues
- Support policy and claims departments with data testing
- Train area managers on effective data use in pivots and reporting
- Transfer client segmentation and manage entity changes
- Verify farm GPS points
