- Allocate quotas and track performance
- Analyze sales performance pipeline health revenue trends
- Assist business planning budgeting and target setting
- Collaborate on UAT and solution implementation
- Communicate performance insights to stakeholders
- Deliver weekly monthly quarterly reports and dashboards
- Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards
- Drive automation using analytics tools
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regional guidelines
- Identify risks opportunities and variances
- Improve sales processes and reporting efficiency
- Lead and manage sales operations analysts
- Maintain data accuracy in sales tools
- Manage or contribute to sales operations projects
- Manage sales lifecycle lead to closure
- Manage sales operations process
- Mentor team members and drive high performance
- Monitor workload distribution and performance
- Partner with Sales Consulting Finance and Support teams
- Standardize processes and enforce SOPs
- Support audit requirements and documentation
- Support sales forecasting cycles and forecast accuracy
- Track pipeline and enforce deal governance
- Track project milestones for timely delivery
- Track risks and escalate issues
