Tasks
- Analyze performance and optimize scalability reliability and maintainability
- Apply prompt engineering guardrails and evaluation frameworks
- Configure and tune IVR call flows and ASR grammar
- Deploy test and support bots in production environments
- Design and build LLM powered agents for contact center tasks
- Design build and maintain intents entities dialog flows and NLU models for chatbots and voicebots
- Develop end to end applications for contact center operations
- Document flows prompts and integration architecture
- Implement RAG pipelines with knowledge bases and CRM and ticketing
- Implement authentication and authorization and secure data exchange
- Implement backend orchestration layers and serverless functions
- Integrate conversational solutions with CRM ticketing telephony and enterprise systems
- Manage defects through triage root cause analysis and resolution
- Monitor bot performance and retrain tune NLU models
- Orchestrate multi agent workflows with human in the loop checkpoints
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
- Support deployment environment configuration and release activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Write test and iterate conversation scripts and prompts
