Tasks
- Configure test and release agent configurations
- Create deployment plans timelines and risks
- Design workflow requirements
- Improve onboarding and deployment processes over time
- Lead QBRs and executive updates
- Lead customer discovery
- Manage scope changes and escalations
- Manage stakeholder communication
- Own customer deployments end-to-end
- Run customer kickoffs and milestone reviews
- Translate business processes into AI agent workflows
- Validate assumptions with delivery engineers
