- Evaluate customer request feasibility for stability studies
- Lead internal and external projects with international customers
- Manage stability study projects and coordinate communication
- Monitor regulatory environment and share stability study trends
- Participate in customer audits and regulatory audits
- Perform project cost estimation and budget control
- Support proposal creation
