Tasks
- Analyze patterns and identify process improvement opportunities
- Apply Lean methodologies and tools
- Build and lead a team to execute business objectives
- Coach team members and provide performance feedback
- Collaborate with area operations managers on capacity and delivery management
- Conduct performance and career development conversations
- Coordinate with human resources maintenance and ICQA
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Follow operational policies and quality control standards
- Implement action plans aligned with ethics and integrity standards
- Maintain team motivation and engagement
- Manage product sorting and order accuracy
- Mentor area managers and associates
- Monitor team performance against key performance indicators
- Oversee inbound unloading receiving hauling and stocking
- Oversee outbound pick pack and ship activities
- Oversee preparation and loading for distribution
- Plan and manage budget for multiple areas
- Provide feedback to area managers
- Recommend staffing and workload levels
- Review and verify incoming inventory reports
- Review and verify outbound inventory reports
