Customer Support Engineer
Tasks
- Advise technical sales and professional services on technical activities
- Develop and test solutions
- Evaluate and troubleshoot problems
- Guide account teams on technical status and activities
- Manage feature requests and bugs
- Manage workload to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Perform daily technical operations
- Provide continuous improvement guidance for customers
- Respond to customer technical issues
- Solve issues or escalate to engineering
- Support customer installations upgrades break fix and expansions
- Track and follow up on bugs feature requests and escalations
