Tasks
- Architect and initiate GenAI productivity program
- Create and maintain program dashboards and scorecards
- Define implement and monitor KPIs and acceptance criteria
- Develop contingency plans and escalate issues
- Drive stakeholder and matrix alignment
- Identify assess and mitigate program risks and dependencies
- Manage multi track program workstreams
- Manage tools and licensing budget
- Present program status risks and progress to leadership
