Tasks
- Analyze system related IT Linux issues including logs services and interfaces
- Collaborate with customers internal teams and research and product management
- Deliver first level and second level support for electrical mechanical and control topics
- Diagnose and resolve faults in conveyors robotics and control systems
- Document fault cases and derive improvement actions
- Identify optimization opportunities and stabilize systems
- Perform Linux log analysis and service troubleshooting
- Perform PLC near troubleshooting using signal tracing and sequence analysis
- Perform maintenance inspections and corrective actions
- Provide technical support for automated intralogistics systems
- Support system commissioning and startup phases
