Quantum - Data Conversion Lead

- Capture lessons learned and scale improvements
- Coach data engineers on reusable conversion patterns
- Complete reconciliation and business sign offs
- Create end to end data conversion plan
- Define data conversion strategy standards and guardrails
- Direct data engineers and vendor support for root cause fixes
- Drive root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Enforce definition of ready and definition of done
- Ensure compliance with security privacy and retention
- Ensure mappings transformation rules and reconciliation steps accuracy
- Ensure testing teams resolve defects tied to data
- Industrialize data conversion factory with automation
- Lead data activities during go live
- Lead reviews of conversion designs mappings and exception handling
- Maintain data lineage and traceability
- Make trade off decisions during conversion
- Manage vendor delivery commitments
- Own data readiness for releases
- Prioritize conversion backlog
- Provide status updates on readiness risks and actions
- Review overnight data loads and triage failures
- Set and monitor data quality thresholds
- Track conversion KPIs and cycle times
- Translate technical issues into business impact
- Validate business rules and required data shapes
- Validate mock conversions and run cutover rehearsals
