Make trade off decisions during conversion
Manage vendor delivery commitments
Own data readiness for releases
Prioritize conversion backlog
Provide status updates on readiness risks and actions
Review overnight data loads and triage failures
Set and monitor data quality thresholds
Track conversion KPIs and cycle times
Translate technical issues into business impact
Validate business rules and required data shapes
Validate mock conversions and run cutover rehearsals
