Tasks
- Collaborate with inventory control procurement and customer service
- Conduct order accuracy and quality control audits
- Ensure accurate efficient timely order processing
- Lead end to end fulfillment operations
- Maintain safety compliance and safe working environment
- Manage picking packing shipping and inventory
- Monitor workflow efficiency and resolve bottlenecks
- Resolve order and stock discrepancies
- Supervise fulfillment team activities
- Support cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Track order accuracy fulfillment speed and on time shipping KPIs
- Train and coach new hires and team members
