Tasks
- Build and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards
- Build paginated reports with Power BI Report Builder
- Define BI standards and reusable semantic model patterns
- Design enterprise semantic models
- Develop DAX measures and calculation logic
- Document semantic models data lineage and report design
- Govern Power BI Service workspaces datasets refreshes and capacity
- Implement RLS and OLS security
- Integrate data from Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
- Mentor developers and support citizen developers
- Optimize model and report performance
- Set up CI CD for Power BI using PBIP
- Use AI assisted tools for development testing and documentation
