Director of Engineering
Tasks
- Build and lead engineering organization through managers and technical leaders
- Communicate engineering strategy progress risks and outcomes
- Conduct architecture reviews and set engineering standards
- Define engineering strategy and roadmap
- Drive scalable resilient cloud platform delivery
- Ensure end to end delivery across multiple product initiatives
- Ensure security performance reliability and compliance
- Establish engineering metrics dashboards and reliability practices
- Implement Agile DevOps and CI CD release practices
- Implement incident management observability and operational stability
- Lead code quality testing and engineering best practices
- Lead technology architecture for distributed systems
- Optimize engineering processes for time to market
- Partner cross functionally with Product Security DevOps Support to deliver solutions
- Promote microservices and cloud native development practices
