- Build and improve API framework and tooling
- Deliver projects end to end from scoping to production validation
- Design API schemas with product engineering teams
- Design and build low latency high reliability systems
- Lead incident response and reduce operational toil
- Own service level objectives and observability
- Perform code and design reviews and mentor engineers
