- Assess analytics reporting systems
- Communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Create clinical metrics and analytics
- Develop Clinical Operations reporting strategy
- Develop TMF metrics and KPIs
- Develop TMF standards and SOPs
- Ensure data mapping accuracy for reporting
- Ensure inspection readiness
- Interpret metrics and analytics
- Lead TMF support model governance
- Lead system integration for TMF processes
- Manage TMF vendors
- Negotiate and manage TMF vendor budgets
- Oversee Trial Master File operations
- Provide TMF input to clinical documents
