- Advise senior stakeholders across product engineering and architecture
- Coach cross functional teams on delivery models
- Define and package AI enabled offerings
- Drive continuous delivery test automation observability
- Drive thought leadership through events blogs and white papers
- Ensure governance security privacy regulatory compliance
- Ensure maintainable secure scalable solutions
- Grow consulting team and offerings
- Guide responsible use of AI tools and workflows
- Identify practical AI use cases for product and operations
- Improve consulting methods and delivery playbooks
- Lead AI product and architecture consulting practice
- Provide senior oversight for client engagements
- Recruit develop coach retain consultants and engineers
- Set delivery standards and technical standards
- Shape approach to applied AI with CTO
- Support sales pursuits and proposal creation
- Translate client needs into engagement strategies and delivery plans
- Use DORA and flow metrics to improve delivery
